- Movement & Engine – focused sessions to build strength, conditioning and capacity using simple patterns like push, pull, squat, hinge and carry.
- Discipline & Standards – daily actions that tighten your routines: steps, hydration, sleep, and doing what you said you’d do.
- Mindset & Identity – shifting from “I’ll try” to “This is just who I am now.”
Each week has a clear theme and focus so you always know what you’re working on, from resetting and building routine, to driving harder and finishing strong.
You won’t get random workouts thrown at you. You’ll follow a structured six-week journey that builds, week on week.

I’m Kevin Casey, a men’s fitness coach and hybrid athlete. I’m not here to sell you shortcuts. I’ve rebuilt my own standards through training, discipline and simple, repeatable habits.
I know what it feels like to juggle work, family, and life while trying to stay in shape. The Back2Basic SHRED is built from my own approach to training: honest effort, no drama, and a focus on becoming harder to break, physically and mentally.

Do I need a gym?
