Who I Am
I didn’t start coaching because fitness came easy — I started because I was living the busy work, busy dad life and slowly losing myself. Low energy, low confidence, hiding behind bigger clothes, and telling myself I’d “start soon.” The turning point came when I realised my kids were watching, and I was spending more energy avoiding change than fixing it. I rebuilt my body and mindset with simple, sustainable habits that work in real life — and now I help men do the same without extremes, burnout, or guesswork.
